No Refunds. Exchange or in-store credit only for hair extensions, weaving, bulk hair, wigs, handtied hair, lace frontals, custom orders, micro rings, micro tubes, keratin and fusion kits in original condition only.
In-store credits are good for 1 year. Please keep invoices and return package in original condition within 7 days for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or in-store credit based on hair not in original condition. You cannot cancel your order once shipped. All items must be shipped to billing address and signed for at time of delivery.
In the event of an exchange the customer is resposibile for shipping.
All services shipping, dying, coloring, perming and samples are non-refundable. 20% restocking fee for any returns not damaged.
Hair extensions are natural so curls, waves and colors will vary. All curly hair comes combed to a textured straight look. Just wash small portion for desired curls or waves. Test small portion of hair with spray. Let soak in for a minute. Towel dry and scrunch for desired waves or curls.
